Property Description

Available now! This 2-bedroom, 1-bath end-unit condo is located in the beautifully landscaped Arbor Park community in Downers Grove, just off Ogden Avenue. The condo features heated hardwood floors, large windows, and an abundance of natural light. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, newer stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. All appliances and both wall A/C units are from 2025-2026. The kitchen opens to the living room and dining area and a private, covered patio overlooking the beautifully maintained courtyard and green space. Both bedrooms are flooded with natural light and offer generous closet space. The condo has exceptional storage throughout, including large closets and built-in shelving. A separate storage locker is included and is conveniently located in the basement next to the brand-new laundry machines. Two assigned parking spaces are located directly in front of the building, with plenty of additional visitor parking for guests. Arbor Park features beautiful landscaping, mature trees, walking paths, and an expansive courtyard with picnic tables and open green space. The community is located right next to the Cathy Mahoney Recreation Center and 4500 Fitness, offering fitness facilities, an indoor track, and recreational activities. The Belmont Metra station is just a few blocks away, providing convenient train service to downtown Chicago. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and everyday shopping are nearby along Ogden Avenue. Enjoy easy access to downtown Downers Grove, Belmont Prairie, Hidden Lake Forest Preserve, and major expressways including I-88 and I-355. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets and a combined weight limit of 50 pounds. The condo board requires a minimum one-year lease. Available for immediate occupancy, pending condo board approval of the rental application. Landlord is ideally looking for strong applicants with a credit score of 650+, verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3 times the rent, and no prior evictions, judgments, or foreclosures. On-time rental payment history will be verified with previous landlords. $500 move-in fee. Occupancy date will depend on how quickly HOA board reviews the approved application.
